  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email as soon as your dispatch is confirmed by our fulfilment partners.

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order different items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on the supplier.

2. Returns & 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason within the statutory period starting from the day you receive your items.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • Return Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Due to the weight of home workout gear, we highly recommend using a tracked courier service.

3. Faulty Items & Issues

We choose our suppliers carefully to ensure the durability of the equipment. If any item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, you are fully covered under the UK Consumer Rights Act.

  • Damaged on Arrival: Please report this to our customer support team immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund with our supplier.

  • Wear and Tear: Standard wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper usage are not covered under our standard return and refund agreements.
